Hudson Medical & Wellness is currently seeking a passionate and tenacious Medical Marketing Manager to help develop and manage all cross-functional marketing initiatives to drive high quality top-of-the-funnel growth and awareness for our practice and services. S/He will oversee the management, execution and performance optimization of Hudson Medical’s marketing strategy and programs. The Marketing Manager will work with team members to identify opportunities for Hudson Medical to scale our acquisition channels, lead lifecycle marketing, and drive revenue. S/he will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, helping implement the marketing and communications initiatives to develop both Hudson Medical and Hudson Wellness’ audience and build customer retention. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and healthcare, is both creative and data-driven, and has ideally both marketing and healthcare industry experience motivating cross-functional teams to drive results. The candidate will have two direct reports (currently temp positions) and will report into the Marketing Director as well as work closely with the management team.


● Own the development and execution of the marketing and communication strategy of 2 locations and assist in the opening of a 3rd location, both working independently and with internal/external team members

● Oversee the creation and implementation of brand identities and collateral, as well as support the issuance of Press Releases, Factsheets and Brochures

● Work with internal team and vendors to develop and run effective prospecting, remarketing and nurturing campaigns

● Manage promotional calendars, and communicate marketing cadence to agencies and internal team members

● Work closely with developer and designer to implement website changes or new pages needed to support marketing initiatives and content refresh

● Pull and recap reporting to send out to team, analyzing data and contributing insights

● Track and compile competitive digital strategy insights and share with appropriate team members

● Create and update weekly campaign progress reports for internal use, aid in development of digital media benchmarks

● Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that help grow the businesses, this may include the development of on- and offline marketing materials and programs to support such partnerships

● Support influencer marketing initiatives

● Become day-to-day contact for vendors/agencies or internal parties specific to campaign/channel responsibilities


● Bachelor’s Degree, concentration in marketing and/or business administration preferred

● Passionate about health and wellness and improving lives of patients

● Minimum 4+ years marketing, medical or agency experience, experience in print, Email, SEM/SEO, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Display preferred

● Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary

● Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills

● Experience using an analytics tool such as Google Analytics, strong quantitative and analytical skills

● Proactive and skilled at handling multiple tasks and conflicting priorities

● Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment

● Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills

● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, teamwork and relationship building

● Self-starter with positive attitude

● Expert with Excel and PowerPoint required

● Design skills a plus
